    Metropcs sucks. They allow you pay your bill online a couple of times and next time you go online to pay, the ‘make payment’ button go grey, i.e. unresponsive. Ultimately you are forced to pay by phone or go to their agent and part with two or three more dollars. It seems dishonest to me.

    I paid my payment of $40.00 last nite 8/29,2014 at 7:20 pm…..still i have no service for phone. which i have received via text……where the hells my service? need i contact my BBB? By reading all the complaints on your ratings maybe the IN. attorney general will be better? I am not a happy camper right now.Your prompt attention to my service is appreciated. I can tell you this I will not be putting any more mins on this cell.

    I have been trying to pay through my phone but could not.I tried to pay online the same thing.If my phone is cut off due to none payment it means you you need me no more,and push me to find other is my third day of trying to make a payment .thank you.

    My Phone Has been rightfully so ,because I never received the bill in the mail .I also notice that when purchased a LG phone was missing my account number.tried paying by computer it didn’t recognize could not pay with not to go with….any sugestions….Thomas j.Brown

    It seems i cannot navigare through the credit card expiration date. Why is this. This is not the first time this has happened. Ive been a customer since 2005. What is the problem? Are you people trying to force me to pay a $3.00 service charge or what?????
