SCE&G Bill Pay Details

SCE&G bill pay does not explain the billing cycle. Gas companies we’ve come in contact with typically offer two billing methods. Customers with tanks can pay for the fill-up at the time of service. If a direct line is run into the home for gas appliances, the customer is charged on a post-paid bill for the gas usage the preceding month.

  • By phone: All phone payments for SCE&G bill pay are processed by BillMatrix at 1-800-450-9160. You will be charged a one-time fee of $3.50 for each payment. Payment methods accepted by phone include Discover, Mastercard, Visa and electronic checks. If you have an ATM card you can pay by phone as well.
  • By mail: All SCE&G bill payments should be sent to the address on your bill. Remember to include the bill stub with your payment. If you have no bill to send, but you want to send a payment, write your account number on a check or money order and send the payment to:
