When you want to access your account [+], you will need to log into the website using your username and password. After you access the website, locate the account management link and select from one of the available payment options. You can pay your bill by phone, mail or by using the online payment system.

When you receive your bill, you will notice the charges reflect your premium amount. You will make a payment every thirty-days. Your statement will also include your due date as well as contact information for the customer service department.

How to Pay Your Bill

  • By phone: You can make a bill payment by calling the customer service department at 1-800-332-3226. You can make a payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • By mail: You can send your payment to the address listed on your statement. If you do not have your statement, you will need to send your payment to SAFECO 1001 4th Ave. Seattle, WA 98154 or SAFECO Corporation SAFECO Plaza Seattle, WA 98185. When you send your payment, you will need to include your account information. Your payment can consist of money orders or checks; do not include cash. Remember to send your payment a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the due date in order to avoid late charges.
  • Online payments: Customers will need to log into your account if your need to make an online bill payment [+]. When you make an online bill payment, you can set-up recurring bill payments or make a one-time bill payment.

When you make a payment, you can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.
