How to Pay Your Bill
Customers have the opportunity to make a bill payment by calling the customer service department, mailing your payment or signing up for online bill payments.
- By phone: Customers can make a bill payment by calling the customer service department at 1-866-445-5880. You will incur a processing fee when making a bill payment by phone. When making a bill payment by phone, your payment is not immediately posted to your account. Posting to your account may take up to two (2) business days.
- By mail: Customers sending their bill by snail mail will need to use the address listed on your bill. In the event you do not have your current bill, contact the customer service department in order to find the address needed to send your bill payment on time.
- Online payments: If you want to make an online bill payment [+], you will need to sign into your account. After accessing your account, navigate to the online bill payment tab and register for service. You have the opportunity to sign up for recurring bill payments or make a one-time bill payment.
Types of Credit Cards Accepted by Windstream Bill Pay
When you pay your bill with a credit card, you have the ability to use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or your American Express. You can even use your bank credit card, as long as the card has a credit card logo.
Finding Help to Pay your Windstream Bill
Windstream does not offer payment assistance programs, but does offer repayment options. If your service is terminated for non-payment and you want to restore service, the company allows customers to make partial payments prior to restoring service. After you pay the past due balance, you may incur additional reconnection charges or fees.
