After signing up for the service, you can set up recurring bill payments or make a one-time bill payment. You have the ability to make an online bill payment with a credit card, a debit card of allow the system access to your bank account.

I have tried so many times to make a payment. . I talked with someone last month and she and I did my account and password etc but when I go in it does not allow. . . I never did receive a ‘card’ so it ask for that and then I do not have one, just account number etc. I am so tired of trying to make payments and then get all this frustration, and no do not want to pay a cost to make a payment via phone, help
I am so happy to come across all these comments about Comenity Bank. This has been a nightmare for me. When I was placing an order the first week of December up popped a screen that said I was qualified for an HSN credit card, So this was during the Christmas season and I live off of Social Security Disability so this seemed like the little help I could use. As I said I used some of the credit offered to me around December 6th,& 7th but prior to that I had ordered a few items using my debit card.
I never thought I would be billed for December orders as I knew the due date was the 12th and with all other credit cards I had gotten I would not be billed until the following month since the purchases were so close to the due date. So first of all I should have never assumed anything and secondly I had became so ill with the sickness I have that I did not check my emails for a week or more but felt confident that I had taken care of my monthly obligations. I feel betrayed by HSN due to the credit card company they are using and it seems to me the extremely high late fees and payments is totally out of hand and nothing less than “bullying”. I will not buy a single thing from hsn ever again as my confidence and security has been ruined. A stupid mistake on my part was poor judgement not reading closely that if you make your FIRST charge the day before the due date then you will get charged whereas any other store card I have used waits until the next billing cycle since this was my FIRST charge just a day before the billing date. I am done with HSN!!!!!!

Very satisfied with HSN service, however, Comenity Bank is another story.
I have paid $50 on a $200 purchase in late fees. I mailed payments in
adequate time to reach them. I can’t help it if the mail is slow getting
it there. Tried to pay by phone and have to pay a fee to pay them?????

Trying to pay my bill but I can’t log in. This happened last month and when I called Comenity Bank they had no explanation. I had to pay them $15.00 to take my payment. I’ve been an HSN customer for years but not for much longer at this rate.
EVERY MONTH I GO THROUGH THE SAME THING.I HAVE A DEBIT CARD BUT YOUR SYSTEM WONT TAKE ITI THINK YOU DO IT ON PURPOSE TO COLLECT LATE FEES AND PHONE FEES.

I have tried paying my bill online and had so much trouble there has to be an easier way to pay instead of getting late charge for everything. Not ordering from hsn anymore.
I tried to pay on the hsn credit card put in all necessary information !!then a pop-up comes up telling you to pay by phone or mail in your payment (it want let you pay with your visa card or any other credit card this bank has a racket it makes it money off people’s phone payment and late payment what a scheme this bank has) this is so so sad. I am paying off this card,and turning it back in to hsn.
